By accessing and registering to the IQNITER Training Program, You agree to and accept the below Terms:

Disclosure of information  

According to the Health Act, clinics and coaches have a duty of confidentiality regarding your health and other sensitive matters, but if necessary, they can exchange your health information internally among their staff. Furthermore, clinics and coaches can access your training data, training schedule and training reports. 

Disclosure of health information outside the clinic may in principle only take place with your consent. In special cases, disclosure may take place without consent in accordance with the rules in the Health Act. It will typically be for other healthcare professionals, e.g. your own doctor. The detailed rules in this regard can be found in Chapter 9 of the Health Act.
