Quick guide for users to
Participate in a
live session
Follow the steps below in order to participate in one of our IQNITER Live Group Sessions. If you are joining as a gym, these are the instructions you must give the participating members before the session begins:
- STEP 1: DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE THE IQNITER APP
- STEP 2: CONNECT A HEART RATE BELT
Once a user profile is created, connect a bluetooth heart rate belt through the app. There is a guide showing you how this is done.
- STEP 3: ACTIVATE LIVE SESSIONS
Go to the three dots indicating “More” at the bottom right corner from the home screen in the app.
Click “More” –> “Voucher” and insert the following:
LIVE2022
Click “Redeem” and you will now have access to the Live Session function for free (it usually requires a Premium membership).
- STEP 4: GO TO "IQNITER LIVE"
Now go to “Workout” through the menu at the bottom and choose “IQNITER Live”. Enter the ticket provided by the instructor and you are now good to go!
