By accessing and registering to the IQNITER Hearts corporate program, You agree to and accept the below Terms. 

I acknowledge that my name and email address is shared with the company I join in the IQNITER Hearts Corporate Program. 

I acknowledge that my physical activity data are registered in IQNITER according to IQNITER Terms and these may be shared in aggregated form such as group average values (i.e. my data cannot be identified) with the Company I join and that the aggregated data can be accessed by authorized personnel within the Company.

I confirm that my consent to the processing of my physical activity data is voluntary and based on sufficient information provided to me.

I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
